Wow, this hotel is a gem! The rooms are cozy with great lighting and a lovely view, even though there are too many pillows. The service is top-notch, providing everything from room service to tours assistance. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Ubud, with a cafe next door. While the dining options are decent, with some healthy snacks included, the real highlight is the well-maintained facilities throughout the property.
The hotel offers a mix of good and not-so-good aspects. The rooms provide a wonderful view and come with too many pillows, great lighting, and a nice big balcony, but the price may not suit everyone. The service is friendly and efficient, offering various conveniences like room service and tours/ticket assistance. The location is truly in the center of Ubud, making it convenient for exploring, yet noise could be a factor. The dining experience is included and offers home-baked Alentejo bread, though with meat on our plates, which may not appeal to all guests.
I couldn't have asked for a better hotel stay! The room had a wonderful view and a nice big balcony, making my mornings so refreshing. The adjoining bathroom was a convenient touch, and the huge bathroom just added to the luxury.
